In the Christian life, nothing is more important than the Holy Bible, so the same must also be true for the body of believers. If the lifeblood of the Church is love, then the Bible is the heart, the source from which this blood flows and what keeps this love circulating throughout, reaching to the outermost extremities. The Bible is called the Word of God, but so is Christ. Why? Because Christ is the "exact imprint" of the Father who dwells in unapproachable light and "the radiance of His glory"! In other words, Christ is the communication of God to us, Christ is the means by which God has made Himself known to humanity, and so is the Bible. The Bible is where we find God's thoughts and words. He communicates to us there. I have so much I could say about this glorious book, but I think that Desiring God does a much better job, so please copy and paste the following link, watch this video, and be blessed.
